Service Agreement

Carolina Core Lawns is a service offered by Carolina Core Services LLC. This Service Agreement is between you and Carolina Core Services LLC, which operates under the name Carolina Core Lawns.
1. Scope of work
We provide the lawn-maintenance services you select at booking: mowing, line-trimming, edging, blow-off, aeration, seasonal cleanups, mulch installation, sod, and straight (non-pesticide) fertilization. We do not apply weed control, pre-emergents, post-emergents, insecticides, grub control, or any restricted-use chemicals.
2. Recurring billing
Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, Guardian) authorize automatic charges to your saved payment method on or shortly after each completed visit (or on the monthly anniversary for Guardian). Pricing remains as quoted unless we notify you in writing at least 14 days in advance.
3. Cancellation & pause policy
You may cancel or pause any plan at any time from your customer portal — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If a visit is already scheduled within the next 48 hours, that visit still runs and is billed as completed. Completed visits are non-refundable.
3a. Rate transfer (military)
Active-duty customers who PCS may transfer their locked-in per-visit rate to the next occupant of the same service address for up to 12 months, provided service is reactivated under the new account within that window. Email hello@carolinacorelawns.com with your move date to start the transfer.
4. Weather rescheduling
We do not service during heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, saturated turf, or unsafe wind. We will move your visit to the next available day and notify you by email or SMS. You are billed only for visits that are actually completed.
5. Property access
You authorize us to enter the service property on your scheduled day. You agree to: (a) provide gate codes or leave gates unlocked, (b) keep walkways and lawn clear of toys, hoses, pet waste, and fragile décor, and (c) mark sprinkler heads, invisible fence wires, low-voltage lighting, and buried cables. Visits we cannot perform due to lack of access may be billed as completed.
6. Pet policy
For the safety of pets and crew, all animals must be secured indoors or in an area away from the work zone during service. We are not responsible for pets that escape through a gate or door that was left unlocked or unsecured by the property owner. Pet waste must be removed from the mowing area before service.
7. Liability limitations
Carolina Core Services LLC is fully insured. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price of the affected visit. We are not liable for: damage to unmarked irrigation heads, invisible fence wires, low-voltage lighting, buried cables, or decorative items hidden in grass; pre-existing turf conditions, fungal disease, weed pressure, or pest damage; or consequential or incidental damages of any kind. All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date to hello@carolinacorelawns.com.
8. 48-Hour Fix-It Promise
If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 48 hours of that visit and we will return and make it right at no additional charge, typically within two business days. This re-service guarantee is the sole remedy under this Agreement; monetary refunds are not offered for completed visits.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, with venue in Onslow County.
