• Service info — yard size, preferences, gate codes, notes, photos of work performed.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Site analytics — anonymized, aggregate pageview counts. No third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To deliver and schedule service.
• To send transactional updates (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts).
• To send service-related SMS, only when you opt in.
• To improve our website and route operations.

SMS & messaging

SMS consent is opt-in. By checking the SMS consent box you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Carolina Core Lawns regarding your service, quotes, reminders, and account updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share only with the vendors required to operate the service: Stripe (payments), our email-delivery provider, our data-hosting provider, Google (maps and address autocomplete), and our insured field crew.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@carolinacorelawns.com. Unsubscribe links are at the bottom of every marketing email. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out.
