Is the price on this page what I actually pay?
It's what we expect to charge for that size. Root flare, rock, tight access, slope, or hauling the mulch away change it. We confirm the exact number with you before anything is scheduled — never after the work.
What is the $100 for?
It reserves your spot on the schedule and applies 100% to your job. It's service credit — if you walk away it stays on your account for future work, it isn't paid back as cash.
How deep do you grind?
Ground 6–8 inches below grade with the mulch left on site unless you ask us to haul it.
Do you haul off the grindings?
Not by default. Most people rake the mulch into beds. If you want it gone or the hole filled with topsoil, say so in your notes and it goes on the firm quote.
Do you touch utilities?
We call in a locate before grinding anywhere near a line. If a stump sits on top of a marked utility, we tell you and we don't guess.
