Why is there a two-hour minimum?
Labor is $75 an hour. A standalone visit bills two hours: the drive out and back plus setup, teardown, and about an hour of work. When we're already at your property for another job, the trip is already paid for — so anything extra prices from $75. We'd rather price the drive honestly than pad the job.
Grading, repairs, installs, and anything we need to see first: put down a $100 deposit to hold your place in line. We visit, price the work, and your deposit applies as credit toward the job.
